Kalon Wheels, Sapphire Luxury Alloys and Thret Offroad Warranty and Return Policy

Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad offers a two year finish warranty our chrome plated and painted wheels along with a seven year structural warranty on wheels manufactured by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad.

Qualifications for Warranty

Proper cleaning and maintenance on wheels must be evident.
Wheels must be used under regular road and weather conditions.
Wheels cannot be used for racing or off roading unless wheel is specified.
Wheels cannot be used for vehicles that are unfit. IE: excessive load capacity of a certain wheel.
Defect on wheel must be a manufacturer warranty and not cause by neglect or impact/accident.
Damage or issues with wheels manufactured by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad that are not caused by, or the result of, a manufacturing defect by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad is not covered under the warranty.
Wheels that have been modified or refinished are not covered under warranty.
Warranty applies to original purchaser of the wheels and is limited by dollar amount that was paid to Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad.
Consequential Damages to vehicles are not covered under warranty.

Submitting for Warranty

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested prior to any returns to Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad.
RMA must be requested by the purchaser whom purchased directly from Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad.
Return wheel must be sent freight prepaid. Freight and shipping costs or any consequential damages are not covered by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad Warranty.
If Warranty is denied, it is up to purchaser to send return labels to get wheel returned.

Returns are accepted within 45 days upon shipping. All returns must include an RMA number from Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire ®Luxury Alloys or Thret® Offroad and must be received in its’ original packaging and received without damage unless previously specified. All mounted wheels are not returnable unless approved by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys or Thret® Offroad. Shipping and insurance fees are not covered by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys or Thret® Offroad but may be credited if approved by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys or Thret® Offroad. All returns with damage caused by buyer or damage caused during return is not covered by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys or Thret® Offroad. Any wheels altered by buyer is not returnable. A 25% restock fee may be charged by Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys and Thret® Offroad for any returns.

NOTE: OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, KALON WHEELS, SAPPHIRE LUXURY ALLOYS, AND THRET OFFROAD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, AND KALON WHEELS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE VALIDITY OF ANY PATENT RIGHTS OR THE NONINFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.

In no event shall KALON® WHEELS, SAPPHIRE® LUXURY ALLOYS, AND THRET® OFFROAD be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Kalon® Wheels, Sapphire® Luxury Alloys, and Thret® Offroad has the right to change or cancel said warranty at any time without notice.
